В этом году "Золотой глобус" собрал множество именитых режиссеров и актеров, для которых прошедший год был богат на яркие, выдающиеся проекты.
Ведущим вечера уже в пятый раз стал актер, режиссер, комик, автор сериала "Офис" Рики Джервейс.

"Золотой глобус" (Golden Globes) - вторая по престижности американская премия в области кино после "Оскара". Голливудская ассоциация иностранной прессы (Hollywood Foreign Press Association) вручает награды в области кино и телевидения с 1944 года.
Номинантами на премию могут стать картины, вышедшие в кинопрокат и телеэфир с 1 января по 31 декабря предыдущего года. Лауреаты определяются путем голосования членов HFPA, в настоящее время это порядка 90 человек из более чем 50 стран.
